Earned a master’s degree in integrated marketing communications and a  bachelor’s degree in journalism with a concentration in public relations from West Virginia University

One year experience as an account coordinator at Think Communications, Inc., a public relations and advertising agency in Pittsburgh, PA, preparing a variety of marketing campaigns for B2B and B2C companies and producing tools to reach marketing objectives for food and beverage, retail, healthcare and trade accounts. 

Three years experience as a marcomm assistant for the WVU Eberly College of Arts and Sciences, covering press for 12 departments; developing editorial content for recruitment publications, the  Website and the bi-annual Eberly Magazine (circulation 45,000); assisting on various multimedia projects; and facilitating digital marketing tools, like social networking, blogs, RSS, and SEO, to promote the College.
